Refund policy

A fancy card is $4.99, paid once, for one card. There's no subscription, so nothing will ever charge you again. If something goes wrong with a payment, we'll put it right.

When we always refund

Ask within 14 days of paying and we'll give you a full refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same card. We refund every extra charge.
  • You paid, but the extras didn't unlock, and we can't unlock them for you. If we can, we'll do that first and let you choose whether you still want a refund.

Anything else

If something else went wrong, like a photo that wouldn't show or a card that didn't turn out the way you hoped, write to us within 14 days of paying. We'll try to fix it, and we may refund you at our discretion. We read every request and lean towards saying yes.

Cards removed for breaking our terms aren't refunded. Songs from YouTube or Spotify that play only a preview, or stop being available, are up to those services and aren't a reason for a refund on their own.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 14 days of paying, with:

  • the payment reference from your payment confirmation or receipt. That's how we find your payment, so we can't process a request without it;
  • the card's link (the one you sent them, not your private link);
  • a line about what went wrong.

We reply within a few days. Approved refunds go back to the way you paid, through our payment provider. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it. If your bank charged you in a different currency, the amount you get back can differ slightly because of exchange rates and bank fees, which we don't control.

What happens to the card

If we refund the only payment for a card, it goes back to being a free card. Everything you wrote stays, but paid extras are hidden, the watermark comes back, and a seal stops working, so it opens right away. Refunding an extra charge doesn't change the card. If you'd rather delete the card, you can do that from your private link.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to any rights you have under consumer law where you live. It doesn't take any of them away.
